In the aim towards progressive building industry, Building Information Modelling (BIM) has started to be adopted by Chan & Shahriman Arkitek in its project delivery. This methodology is a modelling technology and associated set of processes to produce, communicate, analyse and use of digital information models throughout construction project life-cycle. It is used to enhance productivity and efficiency in planning and design stage, construction stage as well as facility management stage.
